职位描述
1、 客怨、客诉的反馈及NCR的处理 To collect and follow up customer’s complaint and NCR;
2、对质管系统分析予以改进；To make analysis of QMS to improve;
3、协助管理者代表/QA经理内部QMS日常运作管理及变更审核To assist quality management representatives or QA manager to run internal QMS and QMS documents modification or updating
4、协助管理者代表/QA经理内部审核、管理评审/to assist quality management representatives or QA manager to organize and execute internal and external audit
5、内部质量改善及供应商质量改善Internal QC improvement, supplier improvement;
6、月度质量数据统计分析及日常工作Monthly QC data analyse and daily QA job
7. 部分售后支持工作。Part of support job of after sales.

职位要求
1、本科以上学历，有机械行业背景知识。Bachelor degree at least, with Mechanical field background;
2、了解ISO9001质量管理体系。 Understand ISO9001 quality management system;
3、至少1年以上体系工作经验；At least 1 years experience in this filed;
4、有内审员培训经历；With internal auditor training;
5、良好的英语口语及读写能力。Good written & oral English, can be used in work.
